Online Store Manager

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual to move into this demanding role of online store manager. The position would suit an e-business content/account manager looking for an exciting move into a fast-growing, dynamic e-business.

Reporting to the Head of Store Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, key suppliers and brand owners whilst optimising the sales and profitability of the stores. Marketing experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities include managing the relationships with our key clients, maintaining and running our stores and working with our in-house marketing department to make the stores as profitable and commercial as possible.

The post is full time 35 hours per week, based in North West London,
Working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: £23K-£25K depending on experience.

Web Design / Development Intern

Digital Stores Ltd is the UK's leading direct to consumer e-commerce retailer for international brands. We build and maintain online stores for the music clients like The Prodigy, The Beatles, Stereophonics, Placebo as well as brands like Marmite, UFC, Bob the Builder and more.

We are looking for a design intern to join our IT department for six months. Reporting into our inhouse web designer/developer, you will build graphics for the stores, code XHTML and CSS as well as designing marketing mailouts and helping out with store design elements. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the fast-moving world of e-commerce and is a great chance to work with a brand leader. A thorough knowledge of handcoding XHTML / CSS, Web Standards, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential, and your portfolio must reflect the high design standards that Digital Stores clients demand.

The internship position is unpaid although we pay your travel (within the London zone network) and give you a contribution towards your lunch. Our offices are in Kensal Green, North West London.
