Tickets will go OFF sale at 4pm on the day of the event.
There are only a limited number of tickets available, please purchase early. Don't be left outside!

There will be two queues for entry. 1 for pre-paid/ticket holders, 1 for pay on the door.

Pre-paid/ticket holders please arrive before 1am to guarantee fast track entry.

Print your order confirmation:
Please remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation with you to the event. We suggest that you print out the order confirmation email which you would have received when you placed your order. If you no longer have your order confirmation, you can print out your order details by logging in to the 'My Account' section of www.ministryofsound.com/shop where you can view your order history.

Quote the 6 digit Order Number from your confirmation on the door:
You MUST bring with you the order number for your ticket purchase (this is the 6 digit number on your confirmation). You need to quote this number on the door of the event to gain entry.

Bring ID as proof of purchase (such as the card used to buy the tickets):
You will be asked for ID to as proof that you are the ticket purchaser. We suggest that you bring the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets or a form of photographic ID. You will also be asked to confirm your postcode.

Ensure that all of your group enters the event together:
Please ensure that your entire group arrives together and enters the event with the ticket purchaser. Members of your group who arrive separately will not be admitted to the event. For example, if you have bought six tickets, make sure that all six people enter the event together with the ticket holder.

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
